Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from a contract concluded with SubzHub at a distance within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from:

• the day the contract is concluded, for digital content that is not delivered on a physical medium and for services;
• the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, take physical possession of the goods, for physical goods (for goods delivered in several parts, the day you receive the last part).

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement (for example a ticket opened to our discord server: discord.gg/subzhub

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

For physical goods, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earliest. You must send back the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us. Digital content

For digital content that is not delivered on a physical medium (for example software, license keys, account credentials and downloadable files), the right of withdrawal expires once delivery has begun, provided that you gave your prior express consent to delivery starting before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. This consent and acknowledgement are requested at checkout before you complete your order. If you do not give consent, delivery starts after the 14-day period has expired.

Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to, among others:

• goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised;
• sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery;
• sealed audio or video recordings or sealed computer software which were unsealed after delivery;
• goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
• services that have been fully performed, where performance began with your prior express consent and acknowledgement that you would lose your right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed;
• digital content not supplied on a physical medium, once delivery has begun as described above.
